Pay Range: $21 - $25.11/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Therapy
• Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatment
• Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Caseload management
• Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.
• Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.
• Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed.
• Administrative
• Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Addiction Counselling, CAC certification, bachelor’s degree
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field preferred, Bachelor of Arts required.
• Two years' experience providing direct therapy in the area of mental health, substance use or IDD.
• Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs.
• ACT 33/34 clearances if required by program.
