Responsibilities:

• Work across diverse practice areas including consumer advocacy, contract disputes, debtor protection, real estate, and corporate matters.
• Draft filings, negotiate, strategize with senior attorneys, and work directly with clients.
• Gain real courtroom, litigation, and negotiation experience early in your career.

Qualifications:

• J.D. and bar admission in any state.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn multiple areas of law.
• Genuine interest in helping individuals and small businesses resolve disputes and protect their rights.
