Highwire Coffee Roasters - Urgent Barista Position Available!

Highwire Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to learn the art of coffee with us. Coffee experience is a bonus, but not required. We will train you to become an amazing Barista and help create a special experience for our guests—no coffee experience required!

What You'll Do:

• Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Welcome and connect with our guests in an authentic and meaningful way, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, even during peak hours.
• Uphold Highwire's standards for operational excellence and hospitality.
• Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of coffee and our unique Highwire approach.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Who You Are:

• A lover of coffee and people: You have a genuine interest in coffee and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality
• Detail-oriented: You take pride in your work and pay attention to the little things that make a big difference
• A team player: You are a pleasure to work with and contribute to a supportive and respectful atmosphere
• Results-driven: You are motivated to help our cafe grow and build customer loyalty
• Previous barista experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is essential

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting wage of $18.67/hr plus tips (averaging approximately $31/hr total)
