The Role

We’re looking for an Enrollment Counselor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted guide who helps employees navigate their benefit options with clarity and confidence. This is a contract, remote position with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Educate employees on their benefits in a clear, approachable way
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process, at open enrollment and throughout the year.
• Support employees in making informed benefit choices that fit their needs
• Ensure every interaction reflects Ivy’s commitment to creating a positive experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain benefits in a way that is easy to understand
• Sales experience or confidence guiding conversations around enrollment
• Knowledge of employee benefits (a plus, but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Life & Health license is a bonus, but not required
