Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a BDC Associate/Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong customer service background, strong computer skills, and ability to multi-task. Basic automotive knowledge is required. The day-to-day duties of this role include scheduling service appointments, respond quickly to customer phone calls, and confirm scheduled appointments. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.
