We’re looking for highly skilled Client Experience Specialists who excel in customer service—especially within software-enabled applications. As a key member of our Client Experience (CX) team, you’ll guide users through questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
Our CX team is the first point of contact when users reach out through our in-app chat tool. We pride ourselves on responding to inquiries within seconds and providing fast, accurate, and friendly support. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and strengthen our relationship with the user.
This role focuses on real-time, interactive chat conversations , and we rarely escalate to support tickets.
