Now Hiring: CNC Machinists, Operators, Welders & Manufacturing Talent

Wallingford & Tolland, CT

1st & 2nd Shifts Available Pay: Competitive & Based on Experience

Must be US Citizen and Live in CT or MA

Open Positions Include:

CNC Machinists
CNC Mill & Lathe Operators
HAAS Machine Operators
Manual Machinists
Deburrers
Welders (MIG/TIG – depending on role)

What You’ll Be Doing (Role Dependent):

Set up and operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes (HAAS experience a plus)
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Deburr and finish machined parts to specification
Weld components per prints and procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Manufacturing or machining experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level candidates)
CNC Mill, Lathe, or HAAS experience a strong plus
Welding experience for welder roles
Ability to read blueprints (for machinist roles)
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset

Pay & Benefits:

Pay ranges vary based on experience and position
Shift differentials available for 2nd shift
Overtime opportunities (depending on client)
