We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and online systems

  • Review information for accuracy and completeness before input

  • Maintain and organize digital files and records

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents

  • Identify and correct data entry errors

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat to clarify information

  • Perform routine data clean-up and reporting tasks as needed


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative work preferred

  • Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good written communication skills
