What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise crew members while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability
• Train, mentor, and assign tasks to team members to maximize efficiency and skill development
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution
• Coordinate site activities, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Communicate regularly with property owners, tenants, and key stakeholders
• Monitor progress, track productivity, and report status updates to project leadership
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards at all times

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proven leadership ability with strong communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Ability to hire, train, and manage skilled crews
• Experience with sourcing, managing, and maintaining construction tools and equipment
