Our client is looking for a strong IT professional to deliver customer support services including installation, consultation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training to internal users. Functions may include diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents; planning and analysis of work processes; researching and reporting trends and patterns of problems; troubleshooting software issues; performing backup and recovery operations; consulting with users to identify needs and requirements; ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices; maintain and develop complex spreadsheets. Job Requirements:

• Evaluate potential equipment, components, and software for new solutions in information systems.
• Participate in and provide information for the strategic planning process at the unit level.
• Develop and maintain custom programs and scripts to aid in systems management Manage the development of plans, schedules, and requirements for the deployment and lifecycle of systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of security levels delivered against policy goals.
• Interface with company organizations to resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain familiarity with installed software standards and procedures and provide technical guidance to other staff.
• Direct, and train company staff
• Assist in the planning of work unit information technology architecture.
• Plan for implementation of, and ensure compliance with, company security and configuration policies.
• Provide escalation and backup support.
• Must be proficient in office 365,
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure

Working schedule (Hybrid)

Pay: 18-21/hr
