Full-Time - School Hours | Competitive Hourly Pay

About the Role:
We have multiple Paraprofessional openings at a High School and Middle School! In this role, you will work under the direction of a teacher to support and implement instructional programs tailored to the needs of students with Special Needs and Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the teacher in designing and implementing academic programs based on student needs
* Provide academic support to individual students and small groups
* Help students generalize learned skills and behaviors throughout the day
* Maintain open communication with teachers and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress

What We're Looking For:
* Experience working in a classroom with children with Special Needs or SEB challenges
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting student growth and success

Additional Details:
* Full-time during school hours (Sept 2025 - June 2026)
* Excellent hourly compensation, based on experience and education
* Candidates with backgrounds as Teacher's Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides, or similar roles are encouraged to apply
