Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate will be a Certified Pega Developer with deep hands-on experience in PRPC 8.x and strong skills in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC 8.x.
Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural and coding standards.
Configure and develop case types, data models, flows, UI components, activities, and decision rules.
Build and consume REST/SOAP services and handle integrations with external systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Pega applications for performance and scalability.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies—sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives—to drive successful project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of professional Pega development experience.
Strong proficiency with Pega PRPC 8.x.
Hands-on experience with integration services (REST, SOAP, Connectors).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Pega Developer Certification is mandatory.
