Job Title: Physical Therapist – Clinical Director

Location: Durango, CO

Duration: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional manual therapy and evidence-based physical therapy in a one-on-one, cash-pay environment.
• Serve as (or grow into) Clinical Director, guiding clinical standards, staff development, and patient care quality.
• Collaborate with ownership on clinic strategy, growth, and innovation.
• Foster a culture of mentorship, excellence, and innovation within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (Colorado or eligible).
• Passionate about high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Not required to be fellowship-trained, but eager to learn and grow clinically.
• Leadership potential with the ability to mentor, inspire, and shape clinic culture.
• Excited about innovation, autonomy, and building a best-in-class practice.
