Pay Rate / Hours:

$17.00 / hr on Days - 5:50 am - 6 pm

$19.00 / hr on Nights - 5:50 pm - 6 am

Work on a 3 day/4 day schedule and enjoy a 3 day weekend every other weekend

What’s a typical day as Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
• Loading raw parts onto a conveyor belt for chemical coating
• Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
• Performing routine equipment inspections and evaluating efficiency
• Identifying and implementing improvements in operations
• Documenting production data such as forms, reports, logs, and batch records
• Using Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) methods to ensure safety
• Troubleshooting problems and completing multi-step tasks with minimal supervision
• Assuring coating slurry and raw substrates meet required specifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, including machine operating experience (required)
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Possess basic computer, math, and communication skills
• Are able to stand for long periods and climb ladders
