Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Production Group Leader for a large automotive OEM in Wentzville, MO. This role will be responsible for supervising production lines in the General Assembly and/or manufacturing area. You will be supporting operations for the 2025 UAW strike. The Production Group Leader will lead teams to meet production goals while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include implementing production schedules, monitoring operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
