PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Ripon, Wisconsin, United States

** 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00am. There may be occasional Overtime required on Fridays from 1:00pm-9:00pm.

JOB OVERVIEW:

• We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This key leadership position upholds a safety-first culture, emphasizes continuous improvement, and exemplifies servant leadership to foster an engaged, motivated workforce.
• As a Finishing Production Supervisor - 2nd shift , you will be the first line leader to support team members within your area/zone. You will be responsible for coordinating safe and efficient day-to-day activities in order to maintain scheduled production requirements and to ensure your team is safe and successful.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations is preferred.
• Proven history of ability to lead with a servant leadership mindset.
• 1-3 years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
• Previous Manufacturing Supervision experience would be preferred.
• Must be self-driven and ambitious with proven leadership capabilities, including providing coaching, mentoring and supervision within a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• High volume, fast-paced Manufacturing Environment: 3 years (Preferred)
• Supervisory Role in Manufacturing Environment: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel): 3 years (Preferred)
