Senior Construction Project Manage

Salary: $180K–$200K

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a team of approximately three project managers and drive successful execution of multiple construction projects. This role reports directly to Operations and is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~3 project managers.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution: schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
