Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hearts and Hands Therapy Services (HHTS) is a thriving pediatric therapy company offering a full spectrum of services—including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis—to children from birth through age 21. We’re excited to welcome a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CCC or Clinical Fellow to our growing Worcester clinic , featuring state-of-the-art tools, a collaborative team, and a dynamic caseload.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based, individualized interventions
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that support functional outcomes
• Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure carryover and progress
• Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets clinical and company standards
• Provide caregiver education tailored to family needs and learning styles

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility
• CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Passion for working with children in a team-focused environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

💲 $75,000 – $85,000/year + biweekly performance-based bonuses + signing bonus eligibility
