Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proficiency in supply planning systems and inventory control processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic formation and implementation of operational plans that optimize resources and assets. You will communicate local action plans aligned with broader organizational goals, ensuring your team is motivated and aligned with the company’s mission and vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supply Planning : Execute planning activities within established systems, ensuring alignment with cross-functional processes.
• Supplier Management : Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, recommending improvements or changes to ensure optimal delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Budgeting : Develop and manage budgets, conducting complex analyses to track progress and ensure financial targets are met.
• Inventory Control : Achieve specific goals related to plant direct inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Uphold and enforce HSE policies, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure a safe workplace.
• Performance Management : Set and monitor performance objectives for yourself and your team, taking corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify development needs, implement training initiatives, and promote a culture of learning and innovation.
• Operations Management : Supervise daily operations within established systems, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Incoming Goods & Transport : Oversee warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and storage of goods.
