Position Description Summary:

The Task Order Project Manager serves as the lead for a large, complex task order (or group of task orders) supporting DLA Land and Maritime. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this role oversees the successful execution of all assigned task orders, ensuring deliverables meet technical, schedule, and performance objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate directly with Government Contracting Officers (KO), Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), and other government and contractor personnel to maintain operational excellence across regional enterprise LAN operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of task order management, including planning, staffing, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Act as the authorized point of contact with the Government COR and ensure compliance with all contractual and technical requirements.
• Lead and coordinate regional LAN teams across multiple CONUS regions.
• Ensure consistent communication and standardized operations across all project regions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required; develop ad hoc briefing materials for DLA management.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and make recommendations to the COR/KO.
• Manage risk, schedule adherence, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience with progressively higher leadership responsibilities in IT or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-site IT infrastructure efforts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or four (4) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
• DoD 8570/8140: Category IAM III

Security Clearance Required:

• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for Top Secret (Top Secret preferred).
