Job Title: Test Equipment Sustainment Technician (Facility Maintenance)

Work Location: Chatsworth, California

Duration: 4-6 Months

Shift: 1st Shift

• Key Responsibilities:
• This role will also require the incumbent to be Test Operator certified to perform Thermal Chamber Test setup responsibilities
• Shall perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repair on: Production machinery, Assembly & Test Equipment, CNC Equipment, HVAC / Cleanroom systems, Electrical Service Equipment, Vacuum Pumps & Compressors
• Will be able to recommend appropriate corrective action required after system inspection
• Will have knowledge of spare parts inventory for time analysis of repairs required
• Will Install, service, dismantle, and maintain all types of Hi Vacuum and Thermal Cycling Equipment used for production testing
• Must have knowledge in Hi-Vacuum, Pneumatic, and Cryogenic Systems and Properties, as used in Thermal Vacuum and Test Systems/Chambers
• Maintain special constructed test equipment and perform preventative maintenance to all departments
• May be responsible for for setup and alignment of machinery, test equipment, and provide guidance in machine relocation
• Must Possess Knowledge of Mass Spectrometer type Helium Leak Testing for vacuum leak analysis and repair
