Job Description: WFH Online Chat Representative at 3 Leaf Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide online chat support to potential clients, answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in navigating the 3 Leaf Realty Inc. website and online resources.
- Engage with customers to understand their real estate needs and direct them to the appropriate resources or agents.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all interactions with clients.
- Collect client information accurately and input it into the system for follow-up.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills to effectively engage with clients in an online chat setting.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain patient and attentive to customer needs.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terms and processes to assist clients effectively.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat windows while providing accurate information.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or online chat support role.
- Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with property search websites is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $24,000 - $65,000 per year
